take on the flutter skirt absolutely struck a chord with us. By pairing it with
an oversized sweater and wearing the skirt low on the hip, she puts together a
look that has a certain lazy elegance to it.
Chiara Ferragni from theblondesalad (left in picture), wore
the flutter skirt in an entirely different manner, but yet in an equally
compelling way. Letting the skirt sit higher on the hip and pairing it with a
t-shirt and leather vest combo, Chiara opted for a glamourous rocker chick
look.
