We're sure all you readers are familiar with Proenza Schouler's PS1
and PS11, but today we’ll be looking at their lesser known sibling: the PS13.
Although the PS13 is not as popular as it’s sister bags yet, we
think that this bag has the potential to climb it’s way up to It bag status.
Staying true to their mantra of understated designs when it comes to bags,
designer duo Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez launched the PS13 last
November and it has already been toted religiously by the likes of Kate
Bosworth, Dakota Fanning and Beyonce Knowles.
It is not hard to understand why. An
amalgamation of practicality and stylishness, the PS13 exudes the same cool
vibe that it’s predecessor, the PS11, does. “Those
who know, know.” It’s structured shape and sleek lines makes it perfect for
you working ladies out there, and the front pocket on the bag not only adds
dimension to the design, but serves as a great compartmentalizer as well. With
a longer strap that makes it possible for the bag to be slung over the
shoulder, the PS13 is not limited to being toted on the arm which allows it to
sit well with a dressed down look as well.
It may not seem possible, but the PS13 might just have it all-
functionality, style, and versatility. Oh, and the cool factor too.
